Limen is an AI personal-journaling app provided by Alture Digital, S.L., based in Spain. You can contact us at support@limen.app.

Limen helps you write, remember and understand your day, and spot patterns in your own experience. It is a wellbeing and self-knowledge tool.

Limen is NOT a medical, psychological or healthcare service, and does not replace professional advice. If you are going through a hard time or think you need help, reach out to a professional or, in an emergency, to emergency services.

To use Limen you need an account and must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Let us know if you notice any unauthorised use.

Limen offers a 7-day free trial with full access. When the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand, the paid subscription begins.

Prices are 10,99 € per month or 89 € per year (taxes included where applicable). We may change prices with prior notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the store where you subscribed; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Except where required by law, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

As a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw. By activating full access during the trial or subscription, you ask the service to start immediately; if you withdraw after it has been provided, we may charge the proportional part used in line with consumer law.

You agree to use Limen lawfully and responsibly. You may not attempt to access others’ accounts, breach the security of the service, reverse-engineer it, or use the app for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others.

The app, its design, brand, code and content are owned by Alture Digital, S.L. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights over them to you beyond the permitted use of the service.

What you write in Limen is yours. You grant us only the technical licence strictly necessary to store, process and show you your content and provide the service (including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of your journal.

We work to keep Limen available and improving over time, but the service is provided “as is” and may have interruptions or changes. We may add, modify or remove features, notifying you when a change is significant.

To the extent permitted by law, Alture Digital, S.L. is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from misuse or causes beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer law.

You can stop using Limen and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously breach these terms, giving you notice except where law or security prevents it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and when you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or those designated by applicable consumer law will have jurisdiction.
